Ordered on 6 Oct, received 9 Oct and promptly installed in about 20 minutes, box to bike! Wife and I took the Ultra on about a 60 mile dinner ride. She can easily mount up without me on the bike. And did I mention how easy it is to use! First time on the center stand was as easy as can be! Definitely a superior product and great service!
